On May 30, 2025, Associate Professor Dr.Chonmapat Torasa, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Technology, together with faculty members from the Department of Product Design and Packaging, participated in the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University and the Thai Package Design Association. The MOU was signed by Associate Professor Dr.Komson Sommanawat, Vice President for Administration of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and Ms. Wanna Suthat Na Ayutthaya, President of the Thai Package Design Association. The ceremony took place in the Phitsamai Phimonsat Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 43, Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

This MOU aims to promote and support academic collaboration, teaching and learning management, and curriculum development in product and packaging design. It also seeks to enhance design skills and academic competitiveness among students and personnel, as well as encourage other related areas. The agreement further fosters cooperation in the exchange of faculty and students, the sharing of knowledge and experience through academic activities, and the promotion of collaborative research and innovation that addresses the needs of the product and packaging design industry.
